By now a few Americans are starting to catch on to all of the "czars" (aka The People's Commissars) that President Barack Obama has put into place since his January 20th inauguration.
While most of these czars are decidedly left-wing activists or union bosses, few have attracted the attention like Van Jones, President Obama's new Communist "Green Jobs Czar."
Unfortunately, most Americans are just trying to survive the storm of 9.7% unemployment, the nationalization of their health care, and thuggish labor unions to worry about more communists in the White House.
However, of late, the controversy has begun to spill over with the coverage being done on Fox News.
In particular, this video that has been airing this week is drawing some wide-spread attention, as Van Jones' comments were made fairly recently:
So, who is Van Jones?
According to a Wiki bio on Czar Jones, was "a rowdy nationalist"[11] before the Rodney King verdict was announced. However, by August of 1992, he declared, "I was a communist."[11]
Following graduation from Yale, Jones moved to San Francisco where he "got involved with Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM), a group explicitly committed to revolutionary Marxist politics[12] whose points of unity were revolutionary democracy, revolutionary feminism, revolutionary internationalism, the central role of the working class, urban Marxism, and Third World Communism.[13]
So far, the White House has not denounced Jones, his racist and revolutionary beliefs and, even after the airing of the above video, the most that has occurred so far is Sen. Kit Bond (R-MO) calling for a congressional hearing.
